The Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with a 4500Mah battery. Which is just enough for the daily usage. The Infinix Note 12 VIP has a full day battery on a single charge it can live long up to a day. This is the first phone from Infinix that supports 120W of fast charging. The phone is the thinnest version of the note 12 series. This is quite interesting because it has a 4500 Mah battery.

MAIN CAMERA:

Matrix 108 megapixels
Image resolution 12032 x 9024
Zoom Digital
Flash LED
Stabilization Digital
8K video recording No
4K video recording No
1080p video recording Up to 30FPS
Angle of widest lens 118°

Now let’s talk about the Camera. The Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with a triple camera setup. The main camera is 108 megapixel F/1.8. There is no telephoto lens. There is an ultra-wide lens of 13 MP as well. This is a pretty amazing Camera setup which means the photos will contain more details. There is only 2K at 30 FPS. The videos will contain more details and will be sharper thanks to its chipset. There is no optical image stabilization on the ultra-wide lens and on the main lens. The Infinix Note 12 VIP. Also supported the slow-motion 720p at 120 FPS. This is the same sensor that was used in the last gen. This sensor is sharp and big. That collects more light at night thus making it the best camera sensor. This sensor was also used in the Samsung Galaxy S21/S22 ultra. Which by this time the most amazing camera smartphones. The angle view of the ultra-wide is 118 degrees. Which is not wide enough but can take good shots.

Lenses:

Wide (main) lens – 108 MP
– Aperture: F/1.8
– Focal length: 26 mm
– Pixel size: 0.7 micron
– Sensor: 1/1.52″, Samsung S5KHM2 (ISOCELL Plus CMOS)
– Phase autofocus (Dual Pixel)
Ultra-wide lens – 13 MP
– Aperture: f/2.2
– Pixel size: 1.14 micron
– Sensor: 1/2.8″, Sony IMX355 (Exmor-RS CMOS)
Depth lens – 2 MP
– Aperture: f/2.4
– Pixel size: 1.75 micron
– Sensor: 1/5″, Omnivision OV02B1B (CMOS)
Camera features – Bokeh mode
– Pro mode

The main sensor is 108MP. Which is Samsung S5KHM2. Samsung S5KHM2 sensor can be seen in a lot of smartphones in the midrange category also. And also in Flagships like the Xiaomi 11T Pro, Xiaomi 12 pro, and Xiaomi 10T Pro. The main camera saves 12-megapixel images by default. These are all right with enough detail for this class and true to life colors the dynamic range is good. However, these photos are not ideal with visible noise and over-sharpening, and some corner softness. This sensor is brighter and big. Thanks to the aperture F/1.8. This sensor can take stronger portrait shots and can take great shots in the nighttime because it’s combined with a wider aperture. This sensor is very good at maintaining a good dynamic range in harsh conditions. This sensor is also good at taking very amazing portraits with strong Bokeh and good depth of field. At night the main cam takes good low-light photos. There is enough detail realistic-looking exposure and well-preserved colors. The noise is handled well too night mode photos are sharper with more resolved detail and, you get a wider dynamic range with restored highlights, and develop shadows while the exposure is slightly brighter. The Infinix Note 12 VIP doesn’t turn night and day but can take best night shots. It is a 108MP sensor so, combining that with the great software can result in the best in the smartphone photography. The autofocus in this camera sensor is incredibly fast. The sensor is a dual pixel. Overall the sensor is big, bright, and powerful.

There is also an ultra-wide lens of 13 MP. This is also a great sensor considering its capabilities. The 13-megapixel ultra-wide photos are ok for this price range. But nothing great you get enough contrast and wide dynamic range but they come out soft with a low level of detail and the colors are a bit off. In harsh lighting conditions, this camera sensor suffers a lot because of its aperture which is only f/2.2. This sensor cannot take enough light to take good shots at night. The 13-megapixel ultra-wide photos taken at night time are not usable.  They’re incredibly dark and noisy. In the video, this camera sensor has a lot of noise. Which is very annoying. You can’t use this ultra-wide camera at night time because it will contain so much grain and noise in the videos and pictures. The sensor aperture is F/2.2 which cannot collect more light at night time and thus can take average shots at night time with more noise.

There is a 2mp macro. Which is not used regularly. These camera sensors can take good shots with amazing details, and amazing sharpness. The main lens also has optical image stabilization. Which is not as good as the flagship phones but still can do a good job while taking photos or making videos.

SELFIE CAMERA:

Megapixels 16 megapixels
Image resolution 4920 x 3264
Aperture f/2.4
Pixel size 1 microns
Sensor type CMOS
Sensor size 1/3.13″
Video resolution 1080p (Full HD) at 30 FPS

The Infinix Note 12 VIP has a 16-megapixel Selfie Camera. Their recording is only kept on 1080p up to 30 FPS. But considering this Selfie Camera is 16 megapixels. This means it will contain more details. It’s also F/2.4. Which will not collect more light at night photography. The sensor will be struggling to collect light in the nighttime.

Connectivity:

Wi-Fi standard Wi-Fi 5 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac)
Bluetooth version 5.0
USB type USB Type-C
USB version 2
NFC* Depend on the region

The Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with Wi-Fi 5 with the Bluetooth version of 5.0. Which contains more speed and a better coverage area. Thanks for the Wi-Fi 5. It gives you a better upload and download speed. Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with the USB type C 2.0, which makes it faster and more efficient. There is NFC support in this smartphone.

SOUND:

Speakers Stereo
Headphone audio jack Yes
Dolby Atmos Yes

Infinix Note 12 VIP has a headphone jack. It’s a Midrange smartphone so, it has Stereo speakers with the Dolby atoms support. The speakers sound well. You can listen to music and can take calls with these speakers. It’s also supported by the Dolby atmos which makes the sound experience on another level. The speaker has a nice amount of bass in the sound. You can feel the beat with the nice sound. There are two speakers one at the bottom and another at the top. The top speaker is also used to take calls. The sound quality of Infinix Note 12 VIP is A+. There is also a 3.5-millimeter headphone Jack because it’s a mid-range phone. This is a mid-range smartphone so there is also a headphone jack.

Colors:

Colors Cayenne grey, Force black

The Infinix Note 12 VIP just lunching with two colors which are Cayenne grey, and Force black, I personally like the Cayenne grey color. Because it gives a natural look to the Infinix Note 12 VIP.
