Xiaomi Redmi 10A has an amazing display. Its 6.53 inches IPS LCD, 60Hz, with no HDR10 support, and 502 nits (peak) brightness display.  It is also HD+ with a PPI density of 269. The gaming experience is also going to be average because it’s 60Hz display and also the content watching will be average. There is no DCIP3 technology. Xiaomi Redmi 10A is using the IPS LCD panel. This is not good as the SuperAmoled but this display is also capable of delivering average performance with little touch lag issues. The display is also protected by tempered glass. Xiaomi is known for its good software optimization when it comes to displaying.

Xiaomi is known for its amazing designs. Xiaomi Redmi 10A With the new design, it looks more futuristic and strong. The rear is made of plastic. The frame is also made of plastic, which makes it lighter. There’s no IP68 water and dust resistance. In this Xiaomi Redmi 10A, we got to see the better design and the better back. Which is good to see on the mid-range phone. It’s protected by a plastic frame that’s why it makes it lighter by 194 grams. Talking about the design, the Camera bump is quite a good place. The fingerprint scanner it’s located on the home button and it’s fast with new features.

Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with MediaTek Helio G25. Which scores great on Antutu 9 benchmarks. It also makes the phone experience much smoother with the 120Hz display. The gaming experience is also going to be on another level. The IMG PowerVR GE8320 is one of the most powerful GPUs in a mid-range phone, which makes the Xiaomi Redmi 10A more powerful than other mid-range smartphones. There are going to be two ram variants in this Xiaomi Redmi 10A, 4GB RAM and 6GB. 6GB of ram with the new MediaTek Helio G25 is a good combination. The ram is LPDDR4X and clocked on 2133MHz. The Xiaomi Redmi 10A has fast UFS 2.1 storage support. There is also SD card support.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with Android 11 support. Which can be customized more than the Android 10. In the new MIUI 12.5, there are tons of new features added to the Xiaomi Redmi 10A. This new custom ROM is greatly optimized with new bugs fixes and with a new layout that is fun to play with.

When it comes to charging. This phone can support fast charging of 10 watts. Which can charge fully in 180 minutes. There is no fast wireless charging support. The Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with a 5000Mah battery. Which is just enough for daily usage. The Xiaomi Redmi 10A has a full day battery on a single charge it can live long up to a day.

The main camera is 13 MP F/1.8. There is no ultra-wide angle lens. It’s just a useless macro sensor. This is a pretty amazing Camera setup which means the photos will contain more details. There is only 1080P at 30 FPS video support. The videos will contain more details and will be sharper thanks to its chipset. There is no optical image stabilization. But there is digital stabilization which just zooms in the camera while recording and cuts the edges thus making a bit soft and a bit sable video. When it comes to dynamic range and sharpness this camera can handle that in harsh light conditions while maintaining average noise control.

 The main sensor is 13 MP. This sensor is darker and small. Thanks to the aperture f/2.2. This sensor can take average portrait shots. This is also a great sensor considering its capabilities. These camera sensors can take good shots with amazing details, and amazing sharpness. The main lens also have digital image stabilization. There is also The camera features bokeh mode and the pro mode. In pro mode, the camera gets full control of the user which is quite useful.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A has a 5-megapixel Selfie Camera. Their recording is only kept on 1080p up to 30 FPS. But considering this Selfie Camera is 5 megapixels. This means it will contain more details. It’s also F/2.2. Which will help to collect more light at night photography. The sensor is bright and wide which makes the selfie camera a good upgrade.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with Wi-Fi 4 with the Bluetooth version of 5.0. Which contains more speed and a better coverage area. Thanks for the Wi-Fi 4. It gives you a better upload and download speed. Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with the USB type C 2.0, which makes it faster and more efficient. There is no NFC support in this smartphone.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A comes with Mono speakers. There is also a 3.5-millimeter headphone Jack because it’s a mid-range phone. This smartphone is more targeting daily usage rather than gaming. There is no Dolby atoms support. It’s just simple mono speakers which don’t sound well.

Colors:

Colors Black, Silver, Blue

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A  is launched in three colors which are Black, Silver, and Blue, I personally like the black color because it gives a natural look to the Xiaomi Redmi 10A.


Final Thoughts:

So, this was my review of the Xiaomi Redmi 10A. This phone has an average chipset with an average camera. So, I highly recommend buying this phone if you are looking for a good value budget phone.
