Total score 735123

HiSilicon Kirin 9000E shows the best AnTuTu 9 scores. We can see the big jump in the GPU performance. The total performance of the GPU is 280796, which is slower than the Snapdragon 888 Plus. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 194527 which is a bit slower than the Snapdragon 888 Plus. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Kirin 9000E memory is faster than Snapdragon 888, Snapdragon 888 Plus. The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It is 140303, which is faster than Snapdragon 888, Snapdragon 888 Plus. Total scores are above 759450. It will depend on which smartphones manufacturers using this chipset with which type of ram. HiSilicon Kirin 9000E is considerably gaining performance boost and beating every processor in the Flagship category.

Geekbench 5:

Single-Core Score 1073
Multi-Core Score 3788

The single-core scores show the best performance in this smartphone mid-range category lineup. The single-core scores are 1073. And the multi-core scores are 3788 which is also good at this point.

CPU:

Architecture 1x 3.13 GHz – Cortex-A77
3x 2.54 GHz – Cortex-A77
4x 2.05 GHz – Cortex-A55
Cores 8
Frequency 3130 MHz
Instruction set ARMv8.2-A
Process 5 nanometers
Transistor count 15.3 billion
TDP 6 W

HiSilicon Kirin 9000E launched with the Big 4 cores of Cortex-A77 which are ultra-high performance cores that are clocked on 3.13 GHz. The other 4 cores is based on Cortex-A55 which is a power efficiency core. There is a little disappointment that why they haven’t used the Cortex X1 or X2. But the Cortex-A77 also has the best speeds and good set instruction architecture. There are a total of 8 cores with a boost clock of 3.13 GHz. Kirin 9000E has the latest set instruction architecture. It is not considered fast but it is strong enough to beat some of the latest and most powerful Chipsets. HiSilicon Kirin 9000E is fabricated on 6Nm. This means HiSilicon Kirin 9000E is power efficient and will consume less battery and will produce less heat. The performance is much more similar to the HiSilicon Kirin 9000. The CPU and GPU are the same.

Graphics:

GPU name Mali-G78 MP22
Architecture Valhall 2
GPU frequency 760 MHz
Execution units 22
Shading units 352
FLOPS 2137 Gigaflops
Vulkan version 1.1
OpenCL version 2.0
DirectX version 12

HiSilicon Kirin 9000E has a new architecture-based GPU. Valhall 2 is the new architecture that they are using in the HiSilicon Kirin 9000E. The GPU is also manufactured using the 6Nm technology. Which means it will also be power efficient. The name of the GPU is Mali-G78 MP22. This is the fastest GPU in this lineup. The HiSilicon Kirin 9000E is fast enough to handle games like FREE FIRE, PUBG MOBILE. The GPU score is faster than the HiSilicon Kirin 9000E which means there will be a smooth gaming experience on this chipset.

Memory:

Memory type LPDDR5
Memory frequency 2750 MHz
Bus 4x 16 Bit
Max bandwidth 44 Gbit/s
Max size 16 GB

HiSilicon Kirin 9000E uses the new LPDDR5 ram with the memory frequency of 2750MHz and uses the bus of 4×16. The ram may be changed according to the smartphones. The memory frequency is also going to be changed according to smartphones. The max memory bandwidth is 44Gbit/s which is also faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888G which was used in Honor P50 Pro.

Support:
