Oppo Find X5 has the most amazing display. Its 6.65 inches Super AMSUPER AMOLED, 120Hz, with HDR10+ support, and 812 nits (peak) brightness display.  It is also Quad HD+ with a PPI density of 402. The display is punchier and fast with 120Hz support, and more colorful. The gaming experience is also going to be on another level because it’s a 120Hz display and also the content watching will be good. Thanks to DCIP3 technology. Oppo Find X5 is using the SUPER AMOLED panel. This display is capable of delivering faster performance with no touch lag issuers. The display is also protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. OPPO is known for its good software optimization when it comes to displaying.

OPPO is known for its amazing designs. Oppo Find X5 with the new design, it looks more futuristic and strong. The rear is made of Glass. The frame is made of metal, which makes it lighter. There is IP68 water and dust resistance. In this Oppo Find X5, we got to see the better design and the better back. Which is good to see on the Flagship phone. It’s protected by a plastic frame that’s why it makes it lighter by 177 grams. Talking about the design, the Camera bump is quite a good place. The camera bump looks familiar with the Oppo Find X5 Pro. Talking about the fingerprint scanner it’s located on display and it’s fast with new features. I like the in-display fingerprint scanner because it is faster and more efficient.

Oppo Find X5 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Which scores great on Antutu 9 benchmarks. It also makes the phone experience much smoother with the 120Hz display. The gaming experience is also going to be on another level. The Adreno 660 is one of the most powerful GPUs in Flagship phones, which makes the Oppo Find X5 more powerful than other Flagship smartphones. Oppo Find X5 is launching in 2 variants of ram and 2 variants of storage. 8GB and 12GB RAM with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 is a good combination. The ram is LPDDR5 and clocked on 3200MHz. there are 2 storage options which are 128GB and 256GB which is good for a Flagship smartphone. The Oppo Find X5 has the fastest UFS 3.1 storage support. There is no SD card support. Which is either good or bad because they are giving the fastest storage of 128GB and 256GB.

Now let’s talk about the benchmarks. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has good CPU scores in the Geekbach 5. The single-core score is 1130. This is quite impressive when it comes to single-core performance and also the multi-core which is 3708. Which is slower than the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 9000. You can check that out.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 shows the best AnTuTu 9 scores. We can see a big jump in the GPU and CPU performance. The total score of the GPU is 316401, which is slower than the MediaTek Dimensity 9000. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 201121 which is slower than the MediaTek Dimensity 9000. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 memory is slower than MediaTek Dimensity 9000, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus. The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It is 155182, which are also slower than MediaTek Dimensity 9000, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus. Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 total scores are above 802285. Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 is considerably gaining a performance boost.

The Oppo Find X5 comes with a 4800Mah battery. Which is just enough for the daily usage. The Oppo Find X5 has a full day battery on a single charge it can live long up to a day.

Oppo Find X5 comes with a triple camera setup. The main camera is 50 Megapixels F/1.8. There is an ultra-wide-angle lens of 50MP. This is a pretty amazing Camera setup which means the photos will contain more details. There is 4K 60 FPS and 1080P 60 FPS video support. There is no 8K on this Oppo Find X5. The videos will contain more details and will be sharper thanks to its chipset. There is optical image stabilization. When it comes to dynamic range and sharpness this camera can handle that in harsh light conditions while maintaining good noise control.

The main sensor is SONY IMX 766 50 Megapixels. This sensor is brighter and big. Thanks to the aperture f/1.8. This sensor can take stronger portrait shots and can take great shots in the nighttime because it’s combined with a wider aperture and this sensor is also big which can lead to good nighttime shots. This is also a great sensor considering its capabilities. There is also an ultra-wide sensor of 50MP which is also SONY IMX 766. It is also a high-quality sensor and its aperture is F/2.2 which can take good shots with amazing dynamic range and wide field of view. These camera sensors can take good shots with amazing details, and amazing sharpness. The main lens also has digital image stabilization. Thanks to the aperture f/1.8. This sensor can take stronger portrait shots and can take great shots in the nighttime because it’s combined with a wider aperture. The camera features bokeh mode and pro mode. In pro mode, the camera gets full control of the user which is quite useful. This camera setup is very good with optimized software and with good hardware choices. The optical image stabilization is only available on the main camera. There is also a telephoto camera of 13MP which is a 2x optical zoom lens. The lens is Samsung S5K3M5. This telephoto camera will also take the best shots in daylight and at nighttime because of its wide apertures which are F/2.4.

The Oppo Find X5 has a 32-megapixel Selfie Camera. Their recording is kept on 1080P at 30 FPS. But considering this Selfie Camera is 32 megapixels. This means it will contain more details. It’s also F/2.4. Which will help to collect more light at night photography. The sensor is bright and wide which makes the selfie camera a good upgrade.

 The Oppo Find X5 comes with Wi-Fi 6 with the Bluetooth version of 5.0. Which contains more speed and a better coverage area. Thanks for the Wi-Fi 6. It gives you a better upload and download speed. Oppo Find X5 comes with the USB type C 2, which makes it faster and more efficient. There is NFC support in this smartphone, which is very helpful in many situations.

The Oppo Find X5 comes with stereo speakers. There is no 3.5-millimeter headphone Jack because it’s a flagship phone. This smartphone is more targeting gaming rather than daily usage. But with the stereo speakers and with the Dolby Atmos support this smartphone sounds great.

The Oppo Find X5 is launching in three colors, White, Black, and Purple, I personally like the black color because it gives a natural look to the Oppo Find X5.


Final Thoughts:

So, this was my review of the Oppo Find X5. This phone has an amazing chipset with an amazing camera. So, I highly recommend buying this phone if you are looking for a good value Flagship gaming phone.
