Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus shows the best AnTuTu 9 scores. We can see the big jump in the GPU performance. The total performance of the GPU is 84699, which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 103587 which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Snapdragon 480 Plus memory is faster than Snapdragon 662, Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It is 94999, which is faster than Snapdragon 662, Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. Total scores are above 382193. It will depend on which smartphone manufacturers using this chipset with which type of ram. Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus is considerably gaining performance boost and beating every processor in the flagship category

Geekbench 5:

Single-Core Score 537
Multi-Core Score 1609

The single-core scores show the best performance in this smartphone mid-range category lineup. The single-core scores are 537. And the multi-core scores are 1609 which is also good at this point.

CPU:

Architecture 2x 2.2 GHz – Kryo 460 Gold (Cortex-A76)
6x 1.8 GHz – Kryo 460 Silver (Cortex-A55)
Cores 8
Frequency 2200 MHz
Process 8 nanometers

Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus launched with the two big cores of Cortex-A76 which are ultra-high performance cores that are clocked on 2.22 GHz. The other 6 cores are based on Cortex-A55 and clocked on 1.8GHz which are power efficiency cores. The Cortex-A76 also has the best speeds and good set instruction architecture. There is a total of 8 cores with a boost clock of 2.22 GHz. Snapdragon 480 Plus has the latest set instruction architecture. It is considerably fast and strong enough to beat some of the latest and most powerful Chipsets. Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus is fabricated on 8Nm. This means Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus will be power efficient and will consume less battery and will produce less heat.

Graphics:

GPU name Adreno 619
Architecture Adreno 600
Vulkan version 1.1
OpenCL version 2.0
DirectX version 12

Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus has a new architecture-based GPU. Adreno 600 is the new architecture that they are using in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus. The GPU is also manufactured using the 7Nm technology. Which means it will also be power efficient. The name of the GPU is Adreno 619. This is the fastest GPU in this lineup. The Snapdragon 480 Plus is fast enough to handle games like FREE FIRE, and PUBG MOBILE at high FPS. The GPU score is faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus which means there will be a smooth gaming experience on this chipset. This chipset shows one of the best GPU performances. With the new Adreno 619 GPU, this chipset can support new latest games and can play them at high FPS. This GPU also supports DirectX version 12 which can support new latest games with no errors and with no lags.

Memory:

Memory type LPDDR4X
Memory frequency 2133 MHz
Bus 2x 16 Bit
Max bandwidth 17 Gbit/s

Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus uses the new LPDDR4x ram with the memory frequency of 2133MHz and uses the bus of 2×16. The ram may be changed according to the smartphones. The memory frequency is also going to be changed according to smartphones. The max memory bandwidth is 17Gbit/s which is also faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 which was used in Realme 5i. The max ram support is 8GB with new high-speed base storage. This ram frequency is faster than the new latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 680. Which is an upgrade from the last-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 675.

Support:
