The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 143513 which is a bit slower than the Snapdragon 865. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Snapdragon 860 memory is faster than Snapdragon 768G, Snapdragon 765G. The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It is 123827, which is faster than Snapdragon 768G, and Snapdragon 765G. Total scores are above 563685. It will depend on which smartphones manufacturers using this chipset with which type of ram. Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 is considerably gaining a performance boost and beating every processor in the Mid-rand category.

Geekbench 5:

Single-Core Score 729
Multi-Core Score 2551

The single-core scores show the best performance in this smartphone mid-range category lineup. The single-core scores are 1044. And the multi-core scores are 3689 which is also good at this point.

CPU:

Architecture 1x 2.96 GHz – Cortex-A76 (Kryo 485 Prime)
3x 2.42 GHz – Cortex-A76 (Kryo 485 Gold)
4x 1.8 GHz – Cortex-A55 (Kryo 485 Silver)
Cores 8
Frequency 2960 MHz
Instruction set ARMv8.1-A
L3 cache 2 MB
Process 7 nanometers
TDP 10 W

Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 launched with the Big 4 cores of Cortex-A76 which are ultra-high performance cores that are clocked on 2.96 GHz. The other 4 cores are based on Cortex-A55 which is a power efficiency core. There is a little disappointment that why they haven’t used the Cortex X1 or X2. But the Cortex-A76 also has the best speeds and good set instruction architecture. There are a total of 8 cores with a boost clock of 2.96 GHz. Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 has the latest set instruction architecture. It is not considered fast but it is strong enough to beat some of the latest and most powerful Chipsets. Snapdragon 860 is fabricated on 7Nm. This means Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 will be power efficient and will consume less battery and will produce less heat.

Graphics:

GPU name Adreno 640
Architecture Adreno 600
GPU frequency 675 MHz
Execution units 2
Shading units 384
FLOPS 1037 Gigaflops
