In today’s article, I am going to review Samsung Exynos 9825. I’m going to review its AnTuTu 9, CPU, Graphics, Memory, Multimedia, Connectivity, and gaming experience.

Samsung Exynos 9825:

Over the last few years, Samsung Exynos is leading in the mobiles chip market, but in 2022 the company has gone so far with record-breaking new chipsets. We’ve seen some amazing chipsets like Samsung Exynos 1080, Samsung Exynos 2200 that made into top 5 the AnTuTu 9 benchmarks, Samsung Exynos 2100 that was launched in Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and many more smartphones. Now we have the full specs and full complete details of the Samsung Exynos 9825, let’s start off with the benchmarks.

 Samsung Exynos 9825 shows the best AnTuTu 9 scores. We can see the big jump in the GPU, memory, and in UX performance. The total performance of the GPU is 167556, which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 129593 which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Exynos 9825 memory is faster than Snapdragon 855, HiSilicon Kirin 990 (4G). The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It is 102590, which is faster than Snapdragon 855, HiSilicon Kirin 990 (4G). Total scores are above 509813. It will depend on which smartphones manufacturers use this chipset with which type of ram. Samsung Exynos 9825 is considerably gaining performance boost and beating every processor in the flagship category

Samsung Exynos 9825 lunched with the Big 2 cores of Exynos M4 at 2.73GHz and two big cores of Cortex-A76 which are ultra-high performance cores that are clocked on 2.4 GHz. The other 4 cores are based on Cortex-A55 which is power efficiency cores. The Cortex-A76 also has the best speeds and good set instruction architecture. There is a total of 8 cores with a boost clock of 2.73 GHz. Samsung Exynos 9825 have the latest set instruction architecture. It is considerably fast and strong enough to beat some of the latest and power-full Chipsets. Samsung Exynos 9825 is fabricated on 7Nm. This means Samsung Exynos 9825 will be power efficient and will consume less battery and will produce less heat. There are 8.5 billion transistors in this chipset, which is so much for a mobile chipset. The TDP shows 9watts of power consumption, which is a little higher than the Snapdragon Chipsets.

Samsung Exynos 9825 have a new architecture-based GPU. Valhall is the new architecture that they are using in the Samsung Exynos 9825. The GPU is also manufactured using the 7Nm technology. Which means it will also be power efficient. The name of the GPU is Mali-G77 MP12. This is the fastest GPU in this lineup. The Samsung Exynos 9825 is fast enough to handle games like FREE FIRE, PUBG MOBILE. The GPU score is faster than the Samsung Exynos 9825 this means there will be a smooth gaming experience on this chipset. The GPU is clocked on 754MHz. The shading units are also 192 which will help in rendering the graphics in gaming. There is also DirectX support of 12 which means this processor will support the latest games without any bugs and delays.

Samsung Exynos 9825 uses the new LPDDR4x ram with a memory frequency of 2133MHz and uses the bus of 4×16. The ram may be changed according to the smartphones. The memory frequency is also going to be changed according to smartphones. The max memory bandwidth is 33.4Gbit/s which is also faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 which was used in Samsung Galaxy S10.

Samsung Exynos 9825 uses its own neural engine which is fast with AI calculations. Samsung Exynos 9825 uses the UFS 3.0 and UFS 2.1 which is fast. This gives you fast read and writing speeds.

Samsung Exynos 9825 have the maximum display support of QuadHD+ and can support the 120Hz refresh rate with the super Amoled. Samsung Exynos 9825 is going to be very aggressive when it comes to a camera support. It supports a camera of up to 22MP. The video capture is kept on 8k at 30FPS, 4k 120FPS and the video playback is also 8k at 30FPS, 4k 120FPS. This new instruction architecture is good with new AI algorithms that make this chipset efficient.

Samsung Exynos 9825 have 5G support. The Samsung Exynos 9825 is also coming with the Wi-Fi 6 and the Bluetooth version of 5.0. This will give you better signals and better speeds.  Exynos 9825 uses the Exynos 5123 5G modem. Which is not fast as the X65 but it gives you good speeds.

Gaming Experience:

The gaming experience on this chipset is going to be a little faster than the Exynos 9820. This chipset is combined with the 2 Big Exynos M4 cores and three Cortex-A76 which boost the performance. With 2 big Exynos M4 core, there is also going to be a few issues with heating. The frequency of this chipset is 2.73GHz, which is good for long-term gaming. This chipset also supports the LPDDR5 ram. This means there will be no issues with using this chipset on a long-term gaming session. This chipset also supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This will help in smooth performance with low latency. This chipset is can support PUBG MOBILE at 90FPS, this is because of the scores of the GPU.
