Motorola Edge+ (2022) has the most amazing display. Its 6.67 inches OLED, 144Hz, with HDR10+ support, and 688 nits (peak) brightness display. It is also Full HD+ with a PPI density of 393. The display is punchier and fast with 144Hz support, and more colorful. The gaming experience is also going to be on another level because it’s a 144Hz display and also the content watching will be good. Thanks to DCIP3 technology. Motorola Edge+ (2022) is using the OLED panel. This display is capable of delivering faster performance with no touch lag issuers. The display is also protected by Gorilla Glass 3 which is not strong as Gorilla Glass 5. Motorola is known for its good software optimization when it comes to displaying.

Motorola is known for its amazing designs. Motorola Edge+ (2022) with the new design, looks more futuristic and strong. The rear is made of Glass. The frame is made of plastic, which makes it lighter. There is IP52 water and dust resistance. In this Motorola Edge+ (2022), we got to see the better design and the better back. Which is good to see on the Flagship phone. It’s protected by a plastic frame that’s why it makes it lighter by 196 grams. Talking about the design, the Camera bump is quite a good place. The camera bump looks familiar with the OPPO Reno 6 and OPPO Reno 6 Pro. Talking about the fingerprint scanner it’s located on the home button and it’s fast with new features. I like the in-home button fingerprint scanner because it is faster and more efficient than the in-display fingerprint scanner.

Motorola Edge+ (2022) comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Which scores great on Antutu 9 benchmarks. It also makes the phone experience much smoother with the 144Hz display. Motorola Edge+ (2022) is lunching with two variants of ram and three variants of storage. 8GB and 12GB RAM with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is a good combination. The ram is LPDDR5 and clocked on 2750MHz. there are three storage options which are 128, 256, and 512 GB which is good for a Flagship smartphone. The Motorola Edge+ (2022) has the fastest UFS 3.1 storage support. There is no SD card support. There is no need for one because its peak variant is 512GB.

Now let’s talk about the benchmarks. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has good CPU scores in the Geekbach 5. The single-core score is 1207. This is quite impressive when it comes to single-core performance and also the multi-core which is 3692. Which is a bit slower than the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 9000. You can check that out.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 shows the best Antutu 9 scores. We can see the big jump in the GPU performance. The total performance of the GPU is 448381, which is faster than the MediaTek Dimensity 9000. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is 249768 which is a bit slower than the MediaTek Dimensity 9000. The memory scores also show a significant boost. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 memory is faster than Snapdragon 888, Snapdragon 865G. Which scores 172528 The Ux is also showing one of the best performances. It scores 166045, which is faster than Snapdragon 888, and Snapdragon 888 Plus. Total scores are above 1040630. Which tops the AnTuTu 9 benchmarks. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is considerably gaining a performance boost and beating every processor in the flagship category.

Motorola Edge+ (2022) comes with a triple camera setup. The main camera is 50 Megapixels F/1.8. There is an ultra-wide-angle lens of 50 MP. This is a pretty amazing Camera setup which means the photos will contain more details. It is 8k at 24 FPS, 4K 60 FPS, and 1080P 60 FPS video support. The videos will contain more details and will be sharper thanks to its chipset. There is optical image stabilization. When it comes to dynamic range and sharpness this camera can handle that in harsh light conditions while maintaining good noise control.

The main sensor is OmniVision OV50A 50 Megapixels. This sensor is brighter and big. Thanks to the aperture f/1.8. This sensor can take stronger portrait shots and can take great shots in the nighttime because it’s combined with a wider aperture and this sensor is also big which can lead to good nighttime shots. This is also a great sensor considering its capabilities. There is also an ultra-wide sensor of 50MP which is Samsung JN1. It is also a high-quality sensor and its aperture is F/2.2 which can take good shots with amazing dynamic range and wide field of view. These camera sensors can take good shots with amazing details, and amazing sharpness. The main lens also has digital image stabilization. Thanks to the aperture f/1.8. This sensor can take stronger portrait shots and can take great shots in the nighttime because it’s combined with a wider aperture. There is also a 2MP of depth lens which is not useful in most situations. The camera features bokeh mode and pro mode. In pro mode, the camera gets full control of the user which is quite useful. This camera setup is very good with optimized software and with good hardware choices. The optical image stabilization is only available on the main camera.

The Motorola Edge+ (2022) has a 60-megapixel Selfie Camera. Their recording is kept on 4K at 30 FPS. But considering this Selfie Camera is 60 megapixels. This means it will contain more details. It’s also F/2.2. Which will help to collect more light at night photography. The sensor is bright and wide which makes the selfie camera a good upgrade.

It gives you a better upload and download speed. Motorola Edge+ (2022) comes with the USB type C 3.1, which makes it faster and more efficient. There is NFC support in this smartphone, which is very helpful in many situations.
