Over the last few years, Qualcomm Snapdragon is leading in the mobile chip market, but in 2022 the company has gone so far with the record-breaking new chipsets. We’ve seen some amazing chipsets like Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 that made into top 5 the antutu 9 benchmarks, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 that was launched in Asus Zenfone 8, and many more smartphones. Now we have the full specs and full-complete details of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, let’s start off with the benchmarks.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 shows the best Antutu 9 scores. We can see the big jump in the GPU performance. The total performance of the GPU is (39642), which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. The CPU also shows one of the best scores. It is (68359) which is a bit faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. The memory scores also shows a significant boost. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 memory is faster than Snapdragon 480, Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 the Ux is also showing one of the best performance. It is 59849 which is faster than Snapdragon 480, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. Total scores are above 208827. It will depend on which smartphone manufacturers using this chipset with which type of ram. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is considerably gaining a performance boost and beating every processor in the Midrange category. This processor can be seen in a lot of devices. In the midrange segment, it’s the best processor for gaming, camera, battery, display, and everything.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 launched with the four big cores of Cortex-A73 which are ultra-high performance cores that are clocked on 2.0GHz. The other 4 cores are based on Cortex-A55 which is a power efficiency core. The Cortex-A73 also has the best speeds and good set instruction architecture. There are a total of 8 cores with a boost clock of 2.0GHz. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 has the latest set instruction architecture. It is considerably fast and strong enough to beat some of the latest and most powerful Chipsets. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is fabricated on 6Nm. This means Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 will be power efficient and will consume less battery and will produce less heat. it is fast with the big two A73 cores. It is also L2 cache is also 1MB which is a lot better than other processors in this midrange segment. The TDP is 9Watts which means the processor will be best with the battery management.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 has a new architecture-based GPU. Adreno 600 is the new architecture that they are using in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662. The GPU is also manufactured using the 11Nm technology. Which means it will also be power efficient. The name of the GPU is Adreno 610. This is the fastest GPU in this lineup. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is fast enough to handle games like FREE FIRE, and PUBG MOBILE. The GPU score is faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 which means there will be a smooth gaming experience on this chipset. The GPU is clocked at 600MHz. The shading units are also 96 which will help in rendering the graphics in gaming. There is also DirectX support of 12 which means this processor will support the latest games without any bugs and delays.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 uses the new LPDDR4x ram with the memory frequency of 1866MHz and uses the bus of 2×16. The ram may be changed according to the smartphones. The memory frequency is also going to be changed according to smartphones. The max memory bandwidth is 13.91Gbit/s which is also faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 which was used in Vivo V20.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 uses the hexagon 683 which is fast with the AI calculations. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 uses the UFS 2.2 which is fast. This gives you fast read and writing speeds.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 has the maximum display support of FullHD+ and can support the 90Hz refresh rate with the super Amoled. The video capture is kept on 4k at 30FPS and the video playback is also 4k at 30FPS. There is no 8k support on this Qualcomm Snapdragon 662. It is a bit of a shame to see there is no 8k support on a 2021 Midrange processor.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 has no 5G support. The Snapdragon 662 also comes with the wi-fi 6 and the Bluetooth version of 5.1. This will give you better signals and better speeds. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 uses the Snapdragon X11 modem. It is not fast as the X65 but it gives you good speeds.

The gaming experience on this chipset is going to be a little faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. This chipset is combined with the 2 Big Cortex A73 cores and which boosts the performance. With 2 Big Cortex A73, there are also going to be a few issues with heating. The frequency of this chipset is 2.4GHz, which is good for long-term gaming. This chipset also support the LPDDR4x ram. This means there will be no issues with using this chipset on a long-term gaming session. This chipset also supports a 90Hz refresh rate. This will help in smooth performance with low latency. This chipset is can support PUBG MOBILE at 30FPS, this is because of the scores of the GPU.
