Now, let’s talk about the full specifications and first I am going to start with the display. They are using the 6.7 inches super AMOLED display with a QUAD HD PLUS resolution and also the PPI density is 521 and also support the 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10 plus supported and the screen is protected by gorilla glass victus. The screen’s body ratio shows 89%. The max brightness is almost 1500 nits wow that is some crazy display on this phone because the max brightness is also 1500 nits so, that means there will be no issues using this phone outside with full sunlight. The gaming experience is also better because of 120Hz. The content watching is also good with the punchier display.

Design and build

Now let’s talk about the design and build. The rear material is glass and the frame is also made from metal. The color we will be seeing is Black, Blue, Green, and Pink. The fingerprint sensor is also located in screen display. The screen-to-body ratio is also 89.6. This phone is tough and can take multiple shocks thanks to the gorilla glass victus. The frame is also strong because it’s made up of aluminum.

Performance

The Xiaomi 12 Pro will be using the snapdragon 8 generation 1. As you guys might know I already have published an article on that so make sure you also check that out. The ram they are using LPDDR5 is comparable with 3200Mhz clock speed which means 3.2 gigahertz. The ram size is also 8 GB and 12 GB. The peak variant will be 12GB and the base variant will be 8GB and they are using the two channels ram. Wow, that’s an awesome performance, that’s why this phone scores at 2^nd place in antutu 9 benchmarks. The ram is pretty fast as with the processor. This smartphone can play almost every game in high fps in heavy gaming.

Geekbench 5

Now let’s talk about the benchmarks. The snapdragon 8 gen 1 scores on geekbench 5 that single core scores (1251) which is good at CPU performance. The multi cores scores (3915). But you guys will be surprised that this device tops the Antutu benchmarks scoring the second place on the Antutu benchmarks scoring the 1010852 that is the awesome performance on this phone.

Now let’s talk about software. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will be launching with the android 12 and their own custom MUI 13 rom. The battery they are using is the 4600Mah battery with the charging power of 120 watts freaking awesome 120 watts charging power, that means your phone can fully charge in just 19 minutes wow and the phone supports also 50 watts of wireless charging. This phone will charge only in 20 minutes and can live longer up to one day wow that is awesome.

Selfie camera

Now let’s talk about the Selfie camera. They are using the single punch hole 32 megapixel Selfie camera that can support also 1080p up to 60fps. This camera is capable of taking nice selfies in day light. In night time it struggles a little bit but with the help of new chipset and new image processing, this can take nice shots.

Sound

Now let’s talk about the sound. Of course as you guys might know that this is the flagship phone so, there is no 3.5 millimeter headphone jack but this phone supports the Dolby atoms technology which have better sounds in gaming and in content watching.

Camera

The main camera of this Xiaomi 12 Pro is 50 megapixels and the telephoto is also 50 megapixels and ultra-wide is also 50 megapixel. Wow this phone have the optical image stabilization and also have the optical 2x zoom and can support 8k up to 24 fps, 4k up to 60 fps, and 1080p up to 60 fps and can support the slow motion; the super slow version that is 1920 fps. This is the best camera with good high rich details and with good dynamic range. This camera is combined with the new image processing makes it more clear in shots. This camera also has some of the fastest focus I’ve ever seen. In the nighttime, it also captures good high detailed shots because of that f/1.8 sensor makes it take more light, and combining that in HDR with the help of new AI makes the image more beautiful.

Lenses

Now let’s talk about the lenses. The main lenses they are using are the Sony IMX 707 they have the phase autofocus and dual pixel and also support the optical image stabilization. The telephoto lens is also 50 megapixel and ultra-wide lens is also 50 megapixel. The ultra-wide lens they will be using is the IMX 766. The ultra-wide lens has a 115 degree of angle view. The telephone lens 3 times optical zoom. The main camera of this lens is the original IMX 707 with an aperture of 1.9 and the camera features bokeh mode pro mod and raw mode which means the camera can support raw mode. The raw mode has more details in a video than the pro mode.

Connectivity

Now let’s talk about the connectivity. They are using the WiFi 6 and the Bluetooth version of 5.2 and also can support the USB generation 2 at USB type c. As you guys might know the Xiaomi always give NFC port, an infrared port to get easy on Google play and other remote control. The network, they will be supporting the two sims and also support the 5g and also support the Esim technology that means you will be getting better upload and download speeds.
